These terms apply to your use of elsenra.com, operated by ELSENRA ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Information on this site

The site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer or a contract. Prices, scope, schedules and response times apply only when they are written in a proposal or service agreement signed by both sides. If the site and a signed agreement differ, the agreement controls.

Requests and emergencies

Sending the form does not create a service agreement or guarantee a visit. For active water damage, call (305) 988-0238 instead of using the form. If there is a risk to life, gas, electricity or structure, call 911 first.

Insurance claims

We work for the property owner or association. We provide documentation such as photos, moisture readings, drying logs and estimates for your claim. We are not public adjusters or attorneys, do not negotiate claims on your behalf, and do not give insurance or legal advice. Coverage decisions are made by your insurer.

Work by licensed partners

Repair and reconstruction after water damage are performed by licensed partners. Their scope, license and warranty are stated in the written agreement for that work.

Images marked as illustrations are AI-generated and show typical situations, not specific client properties. Photos marked as our work were taken by our crews with client permission and without identifying details.

Reviews

Reviews shown on the site are taken from our public Google Business Profile. They are quoted as written; where we shorten a review we mark it with an ellipsis (…), and where a review uses our former business name (Florida Cleaning Services) we note it in square brackets. We do not pay for reviews or remove negative ones.

Use of the site

You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. Do not copy the site's text, images or design for commercial use, try to disrupt the site, or send automated or false requests.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, ELSENRA is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or reliance on its general information. Liability for our services is governed by the signed agreement for those services.

Links to other sites

The site links to services such as Google. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
