Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026
This policy explains what personal information ELSENRA ("we", "us") collects through elsenra.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We provide commercial cleaning and water damage restoration in Palm Beach County, Florida and surrounding areas.
Who we are
ELSENRA, 6941 Harbours Edge Ave, Lake Worth, FL 33467. Phone (305) 988-0238. Email primepointcor@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send a request or call us: your name, email address, phone number, the type of service you need, and anything you write about your property. If you become a client, we also keep service details, property addresses, access instructions and billing records.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site: your browser and device type, IP address, approximate location derived from it, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and actions such as clicking a phone number or sending the form. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below, and only after you accept them.
We do not ask for and do not store Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers or payment card numbers through this website.
How we use information
- To answer your request, visit your property, prepare a proposal and provide our services.
- To contact you about your request by phone, text message or email.
- With your separate consent, to send occasional offers and tips by email or text.
- To understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To keep records required by law, resolve disputes and protect our rights.
Calls, text messages and email
When you send a request, you agree that we may call, text or email you about that request. Marketing messages are sent only if you check the optional box on our form or otherwise agree in writing; this consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails with the link in any marketing email. We honor these requests promptly and in any case within the time the law requires. Message and data rates may apply.
Our own visit statistics
Unless you decline, we keep anonymous statistics about visits to this site: device and browser type, how you reached the site (for example a link or QR code from one of our campaigns), which sections you viewed and for how long, how far you scrolled, and which buttons you clicked. We do not record what you type into the form or anywhere else. These statistics are tied to a random identifier, not to your name, phone or email, and are sent only to our own team. "Decline" in the cookie notice, "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page, or a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser turns them off.
Cookies and advertising
When you first visit, the site asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. If you decline, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, these tools are not loaded and the site works the same. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page.
| Tool | What it does | Provider's policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Counts visits and shows which pages are useful | Google Privacy Policy |
| Google Ads | Measures whether our ads lead to calls or requests and shows our ads to past visitors | How Google uses information for ads |
| Meta Pixel | Measures our Facebook and Instagram ads and shows our ads to past visitors | Meta Privacy Policy |
We do not use session recording tools or third-party chat widgets on this site. Your browser settings also let you block or delete cookies. Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, we rely on the cookie choice above and on Global Privacy Control instead.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the business, such as our website hosting, form delivery (Web3Forms) and email providers and, in the future, a customer management system. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- With Google and Meta, if you accept advertising cookies, as described above.
- With licensed partners who perform part of a job you hired us for, such as repair and reconstruction, limited to what they need for that job.
- When required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
How long we keep information
We keep requests that do not become a job for up to 3 years. We keep client records for as long as the client relationship lasts and then as long as needed for tax, legal and insurance purposes.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, such as access limited to people who need it and password-protected accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing primepointcor@gmail.com. We may need to keep some records the law requires.
- Decline or withdraw cookie consent with "Cookie settings".
- Stop marketing texts by replying STOP and marketing emails with the unsubscribe link.
Children
This site is for businesses and property owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be noted on the home page.
